What changed your heart?

7 months later, it's just only me who remains the same.
So it's true, promises are meant to be broken.
It's weirdly interesting, how human nature works.

Shattered into million pieces, I'm picking my life up, trying to fix it back.
But there's a huge part missing, and the picture will never be perfect.
A broken heart would surely heal, but the scars will forever remain.
A constant reminder of the past, bounding me to eternal pain.
